Accepted payment methods

• Card (Visa / Mastercard) — processed securely on a PCI-compliant hosted checkout; 3-D Secure may be required.
• Pay by bank — secure bank transfer / open banking; choose your bank at checkout.

Totals are shown in EUR for European Union destinations and in GBP for United Kingdom destinations. We do not store full card numbers or bank credentials — payments are handled by licensed, PCI-compliant providers. Transactions may be screened for fraud and compliance.

Shipping

• Free shipping on orders over €150 in the EU and over £129 in the UK. Below those thresholds a flat tracked-delivery rate applies: €13.99 in the EU and £10.99 in the UK, shown at checkout.
• Room temperature: our vials are lyophilized (freeze-dried) and stable at room temperature — no cold chain, ice packs or dry ice required.
• Tracked delivery across the EU and the UK — the carrier may vary by destination, and a tracking link is always provided once your order ships.
• Coverage: we ship across the European Union and to the United Kingdom. UK orders are priced and charged in pounds sterling; EU orders in euro. Available destinations and rates are shown live at checkout.

Processing time: orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery is 2–4 business days in the EU and 3–6 business days in the UK, where the parcel clears customs.

Packaging

Discreet, unbranded outer packaging — no references to peptides or research materials on the exterior.

Shipping terms

• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate, complete shipping address.
• Risk transfers on carrier status “Delivered”.
• Returns due to address errors or refusal may require a new shipping fee to reship.
• Inspect on delivery and report any damaged, defective or incorrect items within 48 hours with photos — see our Refund & Return Policy.

Order cancellations

We cannot guarantee cancellation once payment is made. If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately and we will do our best to help.
